Mr. Edward B. Issaka holds a Bachelor’s Degree in French and Economics as well as an MBA (Marketing) both awarded by the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi. He joined the IIPLC in September 2003 having worked for eight (8) years as Commercial Officer at the Ghana Trade Fair Company, Accra. .
