Rev. Dr. Eugenia Bulley, is an astute result-oriented professional with over 25 years hands on experience in financial management, financial operations, corporate governance, business risk management, project management and management in general. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant (Ghana), having qualified with six (6) unprecedented awards. She is also a member of the Institute of Directors (Ghana). Eugenia holds MBA Finance from the University of Leicester (UK), a Masters Certificate in Project Management form The George Washington University, USA as well as a Doctorate degree in Theology.
Her career has exposed her to relatively advanced technology, reporting, and systems, as well as multi-national and multi-cultural experiences, having worked with companies such as Vestergaad Frandsen (West Africa), Scancom Ghana Ltd. (MTN) and Millicom Ghana Ltd (Tigo) just to mention a few. Prior to joining Intravenous Infusions PLC, Rev. Dr. Bulley was the Managing Consultant of Bulley and Associates, a management consulting firm. Eugenia is a visiting lecturer and has authored three books.
